Quality Assurance
Since agricultural products are dispersed throughout Kenya, we have set up a comprehensive system for collection and distribution. Farmers, agriculturalists, commodities merchants, suppliers, brokers, and transporters are all part of the alliance.
At the point of origin, the sourced products are examined for norms and quality. At the same time, packing is completed in accordance with client specifications. We operate under a rigorous transparency and traceability framework.
Quality Policy
Our quality tolerance extends from the point of purchase to the point of processing and delivery to our customers. We are committed to working carefully and rigorously on a plan of action, giving our import clients a clear, timely, and transparent account, and fully answering all of their questions. The buyer receives a comprehensive, step-by-step report that covers every aspect, including crop selection, procurement, specification of arriving raw materials, processing, sorting, and packaging requirements. Qualified and experienced personnel also ensure that the client receives the highest level of care and cooperation during shipping.
The procurement plan, storage, processing, containerization, and shipping are all included in the 100% required traceability plan that we adhere to. As requested by our clients, we maintain the necessary fumigation and other quality certifications, and our internal corporate governance team.
Quality Methodology
A 10% sample basis is used to initially inspect each truck load of cargo that is delivered from production to the warehouse. Before the truck load is authorized for warehousing, each truck report is independently documented, kept up to date, and reported to the quality control team. Both the production team and the shipment team receive a copy of the truck load’s final quality control report.
Another new set of 10% sampling is carried out at random while the truck is being unloaded in order to confirm the efficacy of the initial QC report. The calibration of the two distinct 10% samplings is carried out here. The QC team receives the data once it has been recorded. If there are significant differences from the initial sample procedure, corrective measures are implemented.
An independent surveyor is recruited on a periodic basis to conduct the third sampling, and differences between sampling processes 1, 2, and 3 are noted.
Every truck lot is meticulously labeled with warehouse location and quality control information so that the shipping team can match the customer’s request with the available goods. Thus, tying our process’s shipping and warehousing components together. Through this method, we can precisely track which production lot or vehicle enters which container and, consequently, the traceability from that point on.
